Horseradish with Cream

They say horseradish is like fireworks to our senses. Because of the strong flavour of its roots it has been used in folk medicine since ancient times. As a condiment to meat dishes it is an indispensable part of holiday treats. It is excellent for all types of sausages, dried and roasted meats, and you can also use it to prepare a warm horseradish sauce, which goes great with cooked beef. At Natureta we prepared a somewhat milder version of horseradish for all those who do not prefer strong flavours. We added cream to it to sooth its strong flavour a little.
