Dried tomato strips in oil

We have conveniently made strips from whole sun-dried tomatoes of the highest quality, which are quick to use in cooking, sauces, spreads and salads, and as a side dish as part of salads. Most importantly, we have stored them in a high-quality blended olive oil which derives an especially rich flavour from the salted tomatoes which can be used in a variety of ways even after you have used the entire stock of tomatoes. This way, you get two delicious things instead of one. When good ingredients are at hand, it’s easy to get creative.
