Natureta's meatballs in tomato sauce (for those who avoid eating pork, a beef-only variety is available) are perfect with mashed potatoes, but may also be served with polenta or fresh bread. The meatballs are made in part manually, as the spice and meat mixture is first prepared in a large mixer, followed by chunks of the mixture being batched by machine so that each meatball is exactly the same weight. Finally, each meatball is neatly shaped by our workers making it ready to enter the cooking process.
