PRIMORSKA JOTA

Real primorska jota is a special part of Slovenian culinary treasures. The name “jota” comes from Friulian “jote”, which comes from Gaelic word for soup – iutta. It is an old traditional dish that with few modernizations also made it to the protocol table.
