This cooked jam is made of lush smelling I. class European blueberries (bilberries) with added grape and lemon juice. Its sweetness comes from solely cooking the fruits. Blueberries have always been a highly valued fruit, picked in the forest during summer. Back in the day, it was called “črnica” (meaning black berry in Slovenian). After opening the jar, please keep the jam refrigerated – if you haven’t eaten it up right away, of course. Did you know? We recommend using a clean spoon and other cutlery with all Natureta spreads and marmalades when scooping them up from the jar, as well as spreading or serving them.
